Successfully referred Dentists: Up to £3000 reward

Successfully referred Hygienists and Therapists (pro rata): Up to £1500 reward

Up to £500 for your first successful non dental hires- Receptionist/ Nurse / Practice Manager/ Treatment Co-ordinator. Should you successfully refer 3 people within a 3 month period, the 3rd referral fee shall be paid at an enhanced rate of £750.

You'll receive your referral reward after the probation period (or 3 months for dentists).
Referral Guidelines - Upon making a referral to us, the following Guidelines will apply:

The candidate referred must not have applied to us in the last 12 months (dentists 6 months) or worked for Rodericks Dental previously.

You'll receive the referral award after the new employee successfully completes their probation period (3 months for dentists).

The referred candidate must be hired within 3 months of the referral date.

Employees involved in hiring decisions for a specific position are not eligible for referral awards for that position.

Only one referral award can be given per candidate. If a candidate is referred by multiple employees, the first received referral will be rewarded if the candidate is hired.

Any claim for a referral fee must be made within 3 months of the referred applicant commencing employment with us.

To be eligible for the payment when the referee completes their probation, you must be an existing employee on our payroll.

Associates referred for out-of-hours services will receive a flat rate of £300 after 3 months.
The referral award is paid as a gross payment and is subject to Tax and National Insurance deductions. The £3,000 referral reward is based on a 5-day workweek and will be calculated pro rata for part-time vacancies.
